Jerry Nesbitt, managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City office since 1990, has been named as the first general manager of the company. In making the announcement, Steve Bullard, who is owner and president of the company, said, “We recently created the general manager’s position in order for us to continue to improve the service and support for the approximately 350 agents and employees of the Bullard Realty family and to better serve the clients who come to us with their real estate needs.” Bullard said that Nesbitt will work in cooperation with the heads of all departments of the Bullard organization, as well as the managers of all offices of Bullard Realty. Nesbitt, who will be working out of the corporate offices, noted that since he will be taking on many of the day-to-day management responsibilities, “this will give Steve more time to concentrate on continuing to improve and expand the company, helping take the Bullard organization to the next level.” Nesbitt, who was born in Americus and who grew up in Cordele, is a graduate of the University of Georgia and American School of Law, and he served as a paratrooper in the U. S. Army. Nesbitt and his wife Judi are residents of Jonesboro and are active members of Jonesboro First United Methodist Church. They have three children and three grandchildren. Coldwell Banker Bullard is the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta and is also the largest real estate company headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line. login to post comments |
