George Wiley is the new manager of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City office, according to an announcement by Steve Bullard, owner and president of the Bullard organization.
Succeeding Jerry Nesbitt, who was recently named general manager of the Bullard Organization, Wiley said he is excited about managing the company’s Peachtree City office, which just moved into a newly-renovated building inside the city limits. “I look forward to this new challenge,” he noted.

Wiley began his real estate career in 1995 with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Peachtree City office, completing his pre-licensing study for the real estate salesperson’s course through Clayton College and State University. He finished his commercial real estate training in 2004.

A Lifetime Member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, he received the award for the highest priced sale for Bullard’s Real Estate Owned Department in 2000, and over the years, he has earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, the International Sterling Society, the Bullard Bronze Society, and the company’s President’s Relocation Club.

Wiley was the top individual agent companywide twice during 2006, and he was Bullard Realty’s second runner-up in individual sales for the past year while working another fulltime job.
He grew up in Forest Park, where his parents, Thomas and Margaret Wiley, still live, and he said he was inspired to get into sales by his father, who was general manager of Goldsmith Chevrolet.

In order to assume the fulltime manager’s position with Bullard, Wiley recently took early retirement after nearly 21 years with the U. S. Postal Service in headquarters sales, including direct marketing and sales consulting.
Residents of Fayetteville, he and his wife Sarah have been married for 16 years, and they have two sons, Jason and Collin Pierce.
In November of 2006, the Wileys became grandparents for the first time when a daughter, Jostlyn Ansley Pierce, was born to Jason and Carrie Pierce.

Outside of work, Wiley enjoys participating in the Square Foot Ministry through his church, First United Methodist Church of Fayetteville, and playing golf. He served as vice president and chairman of the board for the Apple Orchard homeowners association in 2006.

Coldwell Banker Bullard is the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta and is also the largest real estate organization headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line.

The company was ranked at No. 13 in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s most recent listing of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies”, and it is the principal Cendant Mobility broker for the South and East Metro Atlanta areas, having the largest Relocation Department on the Southside.

The Bullard organization has its corporate headquarters and a local office in Jonesboro, branch offices of Bullard Realty in McDonough, Peachtree City, Jackson, Griffin, Newnan, Conyers and Locust Grove, and an affiliated company, American Land Mart in Conyers.
