Local author Kimberley McElreath will have two book signings today. The author, whose children’s book “Pouring in Love” was published last month, can be seen at Minuteman Press in Douglasville on Hwy 5 behind Chick-fil-A from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Then from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., she can be seen at the Chick-fil-A next door to Minuteman. “Pouring in Love” is a story about a little girl who pleads with her mother to make her a sock doll. The mother and child work as a team to construct and craft the doll. Through the creation of the doll the mother gains confidence in her abilities and the daughter learns a valuable lesson about love and the gifts from God.
