The East Coweta Senior Luncheon will be held today at the East Coweta Senior Center on Howard Road in Senoia. This will be a covered dish luncheon and will begin at 11:30 a.m. Mona Browning of the Council On Aging/Georgia Cares will speak to the group on the new prescription drug plan through Medicare. As usual, we will celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. Door prize drawings will be held. Everyone is welcome! Prior to the luncheon, the Coweta County Health Department will give flu shots at 10 a.m. If you have medicare/medicaid, please bring your card as they will pay for this. If you do not have medicare/medicaid, the charge for the flu shot will be $25.
