Third grade students at Spring Hill Elementary collected approximately 200 new books during December to share with third grade students at Upson-Lee South Elementary School in Thomaston, Ga. The Spring Hill students wanted to make a connection with third graders in another school in a way that would affect academics, but involve an attitude of giving as well.
