It might not look like much today, but that is about to change. Grading is underway on the northeast corner of South Fulton Parkway and Ga. Highway 92 for a 419,000 square-foot retail center that will be home to Publix, Home Depot and other merchants. And that is just the beginning as other developments will soon begin to dot the parkway landscape between Hwy. 92 and Welcome All Road.
