Registration for winter short-term Bible Studies, which are open to the entire community, is underway at Peachtree City United Methodist Church. New classes begin the week of Feb. 5 and include a wide variety of topics and interests.

Several Beth Moore studies are available including “Breaking Free,” based on Isaiah 61:1-4, and “Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith,” which explores how participants can relate their own faith to that of Abraham and Moses. This study is also offered in Spanish as “Creer a Dios: La Experiencia de una Fresca Explosión de Fe.”

For those who struggle with the feeling that they are not good enough, author Angela Thomas shares in “A Beautiful Offering” how a shift in her thinking has led her to understand that “God does not require perfection, but rather gracious obedience.”

The Andy Stanley study “Defining Moments” allows participants to listen in as Jesus introduces some rather perplexing truths to seven individuals who have grown comfortable with their misinformed lifestyles and belief systems.

Cost and class length vary by study. Nursery is available for most classes.

See the church website at www.ptcumc.org for a complete list of studies or contact the church at 770-487-6499.

A registration form is also available online and at the church welcome center, 225 Robinson Rd., in Peachtree City.
