Messiest office contest deadline extended to Jan. 26Tue, 01/23/2007 - 3:38pm

January is national “Get Organized” month sponsored by the National Association of Professional Organizers. To celebrate, The Orderly Touch, Inc. and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? along with the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce is holding the “Messiest Office” contest. To participate, nominate someone you know who you consider to have the messiest office in Fayette County. If your nomination is judged the messiest, you will receive a $25 gift card from Staples for nominating them. The owner of the messiest office will receive clutter removal by 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, a complete “makeover” of their work space by professional organizer Sherry Lee Denton of The Orderly Touch, Inc., $100 in products to complete the makeover and a complimentary follow-up visit one month later to remain organized. Submit your nomination today by sending an e-mail to amy.adams@1800gotjunk.com. Write “Messy Office Nomination” in the subject line and be sure to include in your e-mail your name, your phone number, messy office company name, contact person, location and phone number. The contest, which was originally scheduled to close on Jan. 22, has been extended to give residents more time to make nominations. The new deadline for submissions is Jan. 26 with judging taking place on Jan. 29.
