Charles E. Kelly, 85, Peachtree City, died Jan. 7, 2007. He was born Jan. 3, 1922 in Hockerville, Okla. He was a veteran of World War II and an avid golfer. No local services are planned. Survivors include a daughter, CeCe and Wendell Coffee, Peachtree City; grandsons, Kelly Elliott, and Jason Elliott, Peachtree City; a brother, Floyd; and sisters, Doris, Alice, and May. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
