Willene Foley Hanchey, 84, Fayetteville, died Jan. 2, 2007. She was born Dec. 17,1922 in Coffee County, Ala. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Hanchey. She was a longtime resident of Tyrone, where she was a member of First Baptist Church. Services were at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Jim Burdette officiating. Interment was at Sharon Memorial Gardens, Tyrone. Survivors include a son, Jim and Becky Hanchey; daughters, Alleta and Homer Cooper, and Trennon and Greg Harrell; grandchildren, Kevin and Cassie Bruce, Amanda and Tim Norris, Kim and Jeff Watts, Brad and Jennifer Hanchey, Melissa and Brandon Grinage, and Audrey and Jonathan Robinson; great-grandchildren, Mark Watts, Mason Watts, Cush Bruce, Arielle Bruce, Caleb Goodman, Makaylee Robinson, and Colin Grinage; brothers, William "Pete" Foley, and Todd Boland; and sisters, Lois Messick, and Julia Stiltner.
