• HomeTech Mortgage Corporation in Tyrone announces it will start construction of its new corporate headquarters Spring of 2007.

The office will be located on Highway 74 North in Peachtree City. The Trison Group, Inc in Tyrone will be overseeing the project.
HomeTech currently originates residential and commercial loans in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.

• Christy Goedtke of Peachtree City has joined HomeTech Mortgage Corporation as a Loan Officer.
• Longtime Fayette County mortgage originator Wendell Ebbett, is now heading up the commercial loan division for HomeTech Mortgage Corporation in Tyrone.

• Danielle A. Mathis with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City office has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Mathis joins more than 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.

Mathis is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, serving on the Education Committee, the Awards Committee, and the Cultural Diversity Committee. She recently completed Georgia Association of Realtors’ Facilitator Training and has been appointed to the GAR Education Committee. She is an adjunct faculty instructor at Clayton College & State University (English).

Mathis and her husband Nate, who is with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, are residents of North Fayette County. Their daughter Nicole attends Brewton-Parker College,and they have two sons, James and David, who attend Sandy Creek High School.
