Falcon Aviation Services, parent company of Falcon Aviation Academy and Falcon Air Charter and the metro area’s premier provider of professional pilot training programs, added two Diamond Twin Star aircraft to its fleet of aircraft on Dec. 14.

The Twin Star, the first new multi-engine aircraft in over 20 years, represents a milestone in the General Aviation industry. The two Twin Stars will join Falcon’s existing Eclipse and Star models and completes the company’s long-awaited goal of a full Diamond training fleet. This goal has been Falcon owner Dan Waters’ dream since he purchased the company over three years ago. “We are currently the only flight academy to offer such an outstanding fleet of aircraft,” Waters said. “The delivery of the Twin Star comes at a perfect time for us so that we can continue to grow our fleet with reliable and professional-looking aircraft.”

The Twin Star is also equipped with optional Extended Range tanks and a TKS Ice Protection System, which allow for a variety of uses within Falcon’s Flight Academy and Air Charter operation.

Diamond aircraft are considered some of the safest, most efficient, best engineered and best performing aircraft in General Aviation today. The Diamond Twin Star was recently named General Aviation’s Airplane of the Year by “Aviation Consumer” magazine. All Diamond aircraft offer advanced composite construction, innovative aerodynamic and system design, superior performance, the latest avionics and instruments and exceptional pilot and passenger visibility.

Falcon Aviation Academy, which is owned by Falcon Aviation Services, Inc., is based at Peachtree City Airport-Falcon Field (KFFC) with additional Atlanta area locations at Peachtree-DeKalb (KPDK) and Ben Epps Field in Athens, Ga. (KAHN). To inquire about taking a demo flight or beginning multi-engine flight training in the Diamond Twin Star, call 770-486-5561 or email info@falconaviationacademy.
