LaRue Barge Doyal, 93, Fayetteville, died Dec. 27, 2006. She was born Aug. 19, 1913 in Fayette County, daughter of Joseph and Lucy Slaton Barge. She was also preceded in death by Ann Barge Huddleston. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Edward B. Nelson and the Rev. Scott Pickering officiating. Interment was at the Hopewell Cemetery, Tyrone. Survivors include Gerald and Pam Barge, Cartersville, George Huddleston, Fayetteville; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, Alvin Mayfield, Tyrone. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
