Phyllis Lee Bentley, 60, Palmetto, died Dec. 22, 2006. She was born Nov. 24, 1946 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Juanita Bentley. She was retired from the Fulton County Board of Education with 30 years of service. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Ralph Bobo officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill Memorial Park, Fairburn. Survivors include a brother, David and Pam Bentley, Tyrone; a sister, Lavonne and Jim Gaines, Fairburn; nephews, Robert Gaines, and Andrew Gaines, both of Fairburn; and a niece, Jaclyn Bentley, Tyrone. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
