Flat Creek Baptist Church will offer two parenting classes for the new year.

“Your Girl, A Bible Study for Mothers of Teens” will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 17, at 6:30 p.m. This study by author Vicki Courtney is open to mothers of girls of all ages.

“Mothers need practical tools to help them raise a godly daughter in today’s culture,” a church spokesperson said. “All mothers are invited to learn how to help their daughters navigate the teen years.”

“Raising a Modern Day Knight” by Robert Lewis will be a class offered on Sunday evenings at 4:45 p.m. beginning Jan. 21.

“How does boy grow into a godly man? Dads are invited to come to learn about raising a son with character, conviction, and vision,” the spokesperson said.

Flat Creek Baptist is on Flat Creek Trail between Ga. Hwy. 54 and Tyrone Road.
