Earl T. Gross Sr., 74, Fayetteville, died Dec. 10, 2006. He was born Dec. 20,1931 in Hartford County, Md. He was retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. He was also a former courier and a Fayette County school bus driver. Memorial services were at Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church with Pastor Jeff Halenza officiating. Survivors include his wife, Avis W. Gross, Fayetteville; sons, Earl T. Gross Jr., Newnan, and David J. Gross, Arizona; a daughter, Linda McNeal, Marietta; two grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister. Memorial donations may be made to Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church, 2165 Hwy. 139, Riverdale, GA 30296. Metro Crematory, Peachtree City, was in charge.
