Kenneth C. Holder, 41, of Beckenham Walk Lane, Dacula for disregarding a red light and an outstanding warrant from Union City for failure to appear in court.

Timothy D. Hannon, 38, of Brisbane Court, Fayetteville for laying a drag and an outstanding warrant from East Point for simple battery.
