A lesson in customer service

For many years, Crook’s Tire Center in Senoia has emphasized customer service and treating customers like family. Recently, the employees helped country superstar Tricia Yearwood’s mother out of a jam, and was surprised to receive accolades from Yearwood. She sent the employees a personalized letter, autographed photo and CD as thanks for the help.
