Celebrating their 25th anniversary, Bob Adams Homes has been serving the Atlanta home market with homes for seniors and empty-nesters; now they are expanding their services to include custom homes.

Using new state-of-the-art computer-aided design and estimating software, the company now has the ability to offer the custom home buyer the same attention to service and detail as they offer in their active adult communities. In addition to the award-winning designs already offered in communities throughout the Southern Crescent area, Bob Adams Homes will build a custom home on the owner’s land.

Since 1981, Bob Adams Homes has built over 1,500 homes in 25 communities.
