An estimated 1,000 prospective homebuyers recently attended SummerGrove Tour of Homes presented by Pathway Communities, making it the most successful tour since SummerGrove’s inception.

The free home tour combined the appeal of SummerGrove and all it had to offer with the thrill of winning two, $1,500 gift cards for a shopping spree at The Avenue Peachtree City. In addition, the first 50 attendees each day received a $10 gift card to The Avenue Peachtree City.

Homes on the tour ranged in price from the mid $100s to over $700,000, in styles ranging from traditional to custom homes to cottage-style. The SummerGrove Tour of Homes was much more than seeing great homes and an opportunity to win a shopping spree, it provided people with the opportunity to see the application of today’s design trends.

“Consumers are spending more time at home and they desire to make the most of their living environments through design and furnishings,” said Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities. “Lifestyle changes and a desire for something different are forces influencing the design of many of today’s new homes and the tour addressed many of these design trends. And, the tour has become known for spotlighting great builders with great products, and this year was no exception.”
