Beginning in January, the Coldwell Banker Bullard Advantage School of Real Estate will conduct the 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to take the state real estate salesperson’s licensing exam.

Both daytime and evening classes will be held with Kenn Young as the day instructor and Pedro Carrillo as night instructor. The location will be Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Jonesboro office located at 238 Stockbridge Rd., and the first class will be held on Monday, Jan. 8.

The cost of the course is $399, which includes books.
