Lizzie Jeanette Partain, 67, Sharpsburg, died Dec. 3, 2006.She was born Aug.14, 1939, in Habersham County. She was preceded in death by brothers, R. V. Parker, and J. D. Parker. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Steve Carroll and the Rev. Edgar Waters officiating. Interment was at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, James Billy Partain Jr.,Sharpsburg; a son, James and Tammy Partain Jr., Sharpsburg; a daughter, Debbie and Capt. Patrick Bailey, Alaska; grandchildren, Brian Bailey, Loren Bailey, and Eric Partain; a brother, R. L. Parker; and sisters, Syble Ford, and Pam Garrett. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
