Mary Louise Kendrick Miller, 86, Palmetto, died Nov. 30, 2006. She was born June 18, 1920 in Richmond County, Ga. She was reared in Waynesboro, Burke County, Ga. She enjoyed gardening, flower arranging, painting, sewing and cooking. She was a longtime fan of the Atlanta Braves and the UGA Bulldogs. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dr. James C.Donovan officiating. Interment was at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, Ga. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, James B. Miller, Col. USA, retired, Palmetto; a son, James B. "Jim" and Ruthie Miller Jr., Sharpsburg; a daughter, Anne Miller Spratlin, College Park; brother, Nisbet "Neb" S. and Nita Kendrick Jr., Dunwoody; grandchildren, Clark and Debbie Spratlin, Jeff and Paige Spratlin, Julianne and Scott Kepley, and Amanda Miller and Jake Miller; seven great-grandchildren; one nephew; and three nieces. Memorial donations may be made to the South West Christian Care, 7225 Lester Road, Union City, GA 30291. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
