Marvin Dennis West, 73, Riverdale, died Dec. 2, 2006. He was born Dec. 15, 1932 in Fulton County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Floyd West, and brothers, Preston Ellis West, Alton Andrew West, and Douglas Van West. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist church. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Hinton Harris officiating. Interment was at the Ruby May West Memorial Cemetery, Sandy Creek, Fayetteville. Survivors include sons, David West, and Daryl and Elizabeth West; and a sister, Kathleen Rutlind. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
