Stephen Karl Burgan, 56, Fayetteville, and Ocala, Fla., died Nov. 22, 2006. He was born Sept. 22, 1950 in Madison County, Ind. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosalyn M. Burgan. Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Theo Scott officiating. Survivors include a daughter, Shan M. Murgan, Orlando, Fla.; brothers, David and Diana Burgan, and Martin and Susie Burgan, all of Indiana; a sister, Gina and Tim Sheridan, Illinois; father, Bernard and Paula Burgan, Indiana; wife and "little buddy" Kathleen A. Baxter; a stepdaughter, Angela Matthews; and a grand-daughter, Emma Rose Matthews, Cleveland, Ga. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
