Mr. and Mrs. William R. Holliday Jr. of Peachtree City and Mr. and Mrs. James M. Winslett of White, Ga. announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracey Michelle Winslett, to Jonathan Drew Phillips, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Rex Phillips of Miller’s Creek, N.C. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Sorrells of Fayetteville and the late Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Winslett of Fairburn. She is a 1999 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2004 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in systems and industrial engineering. She is currently employed as a process design engineer with Lowe’s Inc. in Mooresville, N.C. The groom-to-be is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wingler of Purlear, N.C. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Phillips of Boomer, N.C. He is a 1995 graduate of West Wilkes High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of North Carolina, with a degree in communications. He is currently employed as a forecasting manager with Lowe’s Inc. in Mooresville, N.C. The wedding will be Dec. 9, 2006, at First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City.
