Sarah Virginia Turner, 93,Fayetteville, died Nov. 22, 2006. She was born Sept. 25, 1913 in Fayette County, daughter of Paul and Florrie Chapman. She was preceded in death by husbands, Zeddie Stephens, and Clarence Turner Sr. Services were at Lisbon Baptist Church with the Rev. Carlton Swicegood officiating. Interment was at the church cemetery. Survivors include her extended family including in-laws, and several nephews and nieces. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
