Kelsey Clark, an 11 year old fifth grade student at Peeples Elementary, was in second grade at Peeples when her teacher, Paula Cheeks, passed away from cancer. Clark decided to grow her hair in memory of Mrs. Cheeksand this spring will mark the third anniversary of her she passing. Recently Clark had her hair cut at Peeples in front of a portrait of her teacher to donate to Locks of Love. Photo/Special.
