Mr. and Mrs. James C. Hyman of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Christie Hyman, to Ryan A. Proctor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark A. Proctor of Crawfordsville, Ind.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of McIntosh High School in Peachtree City. She earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Emory University in 2003 and presently is employed as a marketing manager for Infistar Corp. in Atlanta.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Crawfordsville High School in Crawfordsville, Ind., De Pauw University and Indiana University School of Law. He currently is employed as an attorney by Gonzalez and Associates in Atlanta.

No date has been set for the wedding.
