John Moody, 64, Grantville, died Nov. 14, 2006. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harris Nathaniel and Gladys Mary Mills Moody. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include a sister, Linda and David McGinnis, McDonough; a nephew, Donald McGinnis, McDonough; and a niece, Denise Shelton, McDonough. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
