Landmark preschool classes learn about the first Thanksgiving

Pam Cornelison’s K4 class at Landmark Christian School has been learning all about the Pilgrims, the Indians and the first Thanksgiving. All the children chose an Indian name, made necklaces, headbands, and Indian pouches. They went on a hunt for nuts, rocks (used to make arrowheads), and even found a feather! At the end of the week, the children had a presentation for parents and guests complete with games, and lots of little Pilgrims and Indians.
