United names Cole to management post

Angela Cole has been named Assistant New Home Sales Manager for United Realty Group, the exclusive brokerage for The Parks of Olmsted in Coweta County and The Villages of Huntcliff in Hogansville in Troup County.

Her responsibilities include hiring, training and managing new home sales agents; acquiring new neighborhoods, and working closely with marketing, as well as other aspects of day-to-day operations of the New Home Division of United Realty Group.

Cole has been a licensed Realtor since 1997 and in new home sales since 1998. She earned her associate broker designation in 2004 after successfully completing 60 hours of classroom study including courses on contracts, terms, broker management, and law and ethics on a state and national level, in addition to qualifying by working for three years as an actively licensed Realtor.

For the past seven years, she has sold in SummerGrove where she was the top sales agent for the past three years.

Cole is a six-year member of the Coweta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She resides in Newnan with her husband Ian and daughter Katherine.
