Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church will have a Thanksgiving eve service Wednesday, Nov. 22, at 7:30 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring gifts of nonperishable foods to place on the altar. These gifts will be donated to the Atlanta Food Bank. Items needed include peanut butter, canned tuna, canned beans, canned stews and soups, 10 percent fruit juice, powdered milk, canned fruits and vegetables, macaroni and cheese dinners and cereals.
