Larissa Romanow, a student at J.C. Booth Middle School, was recently recognized at a Peachtree City Council meeting for having a poem published on a state poster entitled “River of Words.” The poster was used as part of the state’s Rivers Alive campaign which involves cleaning up waterways and educating the public on the benefits of keeping them free of debris and contamination.
