Juan Carlos J.C. Alba, 52, Fayetteville, died Sept. 29, 2005. He was born Oct. 28, 1952 in Cuba. Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley chapel with Gordon Johnson officiating. Survivors include his wife, Betty Alba, Fayetteville; mother, Eva Alba, Birmingham, Ala.; a son, Joseph and Jessica Alba, Sneads Ferry, N. C.; a daughter, Francis Alba, Atlanta; a sister, Ana Garrido, Birmingham, Ala.; and a nephew, Peter Garrido. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
