Senoia Area Library Scholastic Book FairWed, 11/16/2005 - 2:35pm

11/28/2005 - 9:00am 12/03/2005 - 3:00pm The Senoia Area Library will host a Scholastic Book Fair from today through Dec. 3rd to help raise funds for pre-school story time. The Fair will feature specially priced books and educational products, including newly released works, award-winning titles, children’s classics, interactive software and current bestsellers from more than 150 publishers. The Fair will be open Mon., Tues., Wed., and Fri. from 9 am to 5 pm, Thurs. 9am to 8 pm and Sat. 9am to 3 pm. Parents, children, teachers and the community are invited. Special guest Richard Ferry, City Administrator will read from his favorite book, “Green Eggs and Ham” and pose for pictures with guests on Dec. 3rd at 10:30 am. We will also make Gingerbread Houses to decorate the Library for the Christmas Season. Fair attendees can help build the children’s libraries by purchasing books for the children’s and juvenile area through the Library Wish List program. Book Fair proceeds also will be used to purchase essential Library resources and support projects at The Senoia Area Library. Sponsorships are available.
