It’s fun to stroll the many festivals during autumn and enjoy uplifting music and tasty food. This year, try something that will last a lifetime and attend Boundless, a learning festival in Old Town Sharpsburg.

“We’re hoping to rejuvenate and inspire people,” said Christine Bartholomew. “It’s not going to be a lot of lectures; instead, we’re inviting people to come, enjoy and connect with the theme of living a boundless life. The format will be open and entertaining, using storytelling, myths, poetry, music and discussions.”

For people inspired by Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and Joseph Campbell, this promises to be an exciting day of universal learning—offered at a local level. The presentations will invite you to interactively explore ways to discover your own healthy energies, be in collaborative relationships and embrace our numerous communities. Festive evening activities include the Universal Dances of Peace and drumming along with a local band later in the evening.

Local event sponsors and endorsers include Joyful Being Inc., A Better Way Counseling, Sole Therapy, Books of Light, Peachtree Co-Op, Peachtree Hypnosciences, TeaFusion, Tedeschi Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Atlanta Hypnotherapy Associates Inc., Espresso Lane, Hit the Trail and Mind Unbound.

“Boundless: Exploring a Fuller Life” will take place on Nov. 11 from 1-9 p.m. at the Recreation Center, 105 Main Street in Old Town Sharpsburg. The cost is $45. The fee is for the entire day and includes dinner. Additional family members can attend for an extra $10.

There is a limited capacity, so early registration is encouraged. For more information or to register, go to www.joyfulbeing.org, call 1-800-345-9688, ext. 4019 or email Boundless111106@yahoo.com. Registrations will also be taken at Books of Light in Sharpsburg and Hit the Trail in Newnan.
