Few details released; no arrests yet

A federal investigation targeting illegal activity at Internet pharmacies has led authorities to investigate one business in Fayette County, officials said Monday.

Authorities executed a search warrant on the Kenwood Pharmacy on Kenwood Road north of Fayetteville Friday afternoon. Authorities are not releasing any information on what was seized in the raid, but more information will be released at a later date, according to a spokesperson for the federal Drug Enforcement Agency.

So far no persons have been charged in connection with the investigation of the Kenwood Pharamacy, according to the DEA.
