Stephen Walker, a top-producing Realtor with Prudential Georgia Realty, recently earned the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) from the Seller Agency Council.

To complete this designation, Stephen had to show a proven industry track record and complete a course with 37 topics relating to home sellers.

Topics included an in-depth education about facilitating the pre-listing and listing appointment, value demonstration, ethics and negotiating the offer.

This is one of numerous continuing education seminars and designations Stephen Walker has completed to better serve his clients. In addition to the ASR, he has earned the ABR, CRS (only 4 percent of all Realtors in the nation have this certification), GRI, PMN, and the SRES, which concentrates on helping seniors in the real estate market.

Active in the community and his profession, Stephen is on the board for the Fayette Youth Protection Homes, the Board of Advisors for the Southern Crescent Chorale, member of Fayette Kiwanis, chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors at the state level, Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Fayette County Board of Realtors and an active member of his church, Christ’s Church at Whitewater.

Since entering real estate sales in 1999, Stephen has been an active member of the Fayette County Board and was named its Realtor of the Year in 2004. In addition, he belongs to the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In addition, he made Prudential Georgia Realty’s coveted Top Sales Associates list for the first time in 2004, debuting at #37 out of 1,200 agents in the company and #55 in 2005 out of more than 1,300 agents.

A Fayette County resident and the top Realtor in the Prudential Georgia Realty Fayetteville office, Stephen Walker was featured on the January 2006 cover of Broker-Agent Magazineas the Broker-Agent of the Month.

Along with being active in real estate, he is involved with his two small daughters, Elizabeth Annette an Madeline Garnett as well as his supportive wife, Michelle.
