Ellsworth “Mr. T” Tallman, 69, Fayetteville, died Oct. 21, 2006. He was born April 17, 1937 in Archibald, Pa., and had lived in Fayetteville for many years. He was the founder of Tallman Pools in Georgia, and was a pioneer in the swimming pool industry for over 40 years. Services were at the Tara Garden chapel, Jonesboro, with interment at Sherwood Memorial Park, Jonesboro. Survivors include his wife, Janet L. McDonald Tallman, Fayetteville; father, Ellsworth L. Tallman, Fayetteville; sons, Edward K. Tallman., Jonesboro, and Donald L. Tallman, Hammonton, N. J.; a brother, Donald J. Tallman Sr., Griffin; sisters, Sharronann Tallman, Fayetteville, and Gertrude E. Tallman Schmidt, Warsaw, N.Y.; grandchildren, Edward, Ellsworth, Brittany, and Tyler Tallman; and great-grandchildren, Skylar and Jadyn Tallman.
