Thomas L. Forrest Jr., 69, Fayetteville, died Oct. 22, 2006. He was born April 29, 1937 in Georgetown, Washington D.C. He was retired from the Georgia Department of Revenue. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Father Jimmy Adams officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sarah Forrest, Fayetteville; a daughter, Linda and Mark Forrest Anglin, Covington; grandchildren, Connor, James Thomas, Stephen Forrest Anglin; nephews, Mike and Eddie Faulkner; a niece, Linda Faulkner; and brothers-in-law, Ed Faulkner, and John Cooper.
