Allen C. Jeffries, 69, Fayetteville, formerly of Indianapolis, Ind., died Oct 26, 2006. He was born Feb. 9, 1937 in Bloomington, Ind. Memorial services were at Christ Our Shepard Lutheran Church with Pastor John Weber and Pastor Miriam Beecher officiating. Survivors include his wife, Sharon O. Jeffries, Fayetteville; daughters, Kathy Stroempl, Indianapolis, Ind., Theresa Jeffries Byrne, Decatur, and Melissa Jeffries, Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Pierce and Gavin Byrne; brothers, James Jeffries, Hampton, and Michael Jeffries, Eatonville, Wash.; and a sister, Ann Colwell, Canton, Mich. Memorial donations may be given to the American Diabetes Association, 17 Executive Park, Suite. 115, Atlanta, GA 30329. Metro Crematory, Peachtree City, was in charge.
