Kim Hayes, 48, Brooks, died Oct. 26, 2006. She was born Sept. 29, 1958 in Arab, Ala. Survivors include her husband, Charles Anthony Hayes, Brooks; a son, Rocky Lee Ramsey, Jenkinsburg; a brother, Rocky Ray Nelson, Fayetteville; mother, Bonnie Jeanett Thompson, Jenkinsburg; aunt and uncle, Joan and Bobby Pender; and cousins, Ricky, Tammy, Josh, and Mike Leak. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
