Doris Powell Henderson, 80, Fayetteville, died Oct. 6, 2006. She was born May 18, 1926 in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Clay Henderson. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at College Park Cemetery. Survivors include sons, Gary and Deborah Henderson, Marietta, and Bruce and Suzanne Spivey Henderson, Cumming; and brothers, John and Ruby Powell, Powder Springs, and James and Frances Powell, Mableton. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
