Ham queen at GSU

Kamie Ham was recently selected as Homecoming Queen at Georgia Southern University. Kamie graduated from Fayette County High School in 2002 and is a senior at GSU, majoring in education. Her list of accomplishments include Scholastic Chair for Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, member of the Golden Key International, Delta Epsilon and Kappa Delta Pi Honor Societies, Dean’s List, Presidents List, and National Dean’s Lists. She has volunteered her time and worked for breast cancer awareness, battered women’s shelters, and hurricane relief efforts. This past summer she and her sister Krystal completed congressional internships for Congressman Spencer Bacchus of Birmingham, Ala. Kamie’s parents, Colonel Norman Ham and his wife Debi have resided in Fayetteville since 1991.
