There’s nothing like a parade to bring out the kid in everyone. And that is exactly what happened Oct. 14 as the premier event for the Union City Fall Festival started its annual trek at the old Wal-Mart on Ga. Highway 138 and made its way to Shannon Mall. But that is just the beginning, with activities and live music well into the evening.
