Everett “Knocker” Hollon, 82, Fayetteville, and College Park, died Nov. 5, 2005. He was born Jan. 15, 1923 in Spalding County. He worked for Lockheed Marietta for over 35 years, retiring as an Integral Wing Inspector. He was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Lodge #709. Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel. Survivors include his wife, Mary Hollon, Fayetteville; a son, Keith and Karen Hollon; a daughter, Sue and Bob Nunnally; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
