Karol Lynn Sparks, 59, Tyrone, died Nov. 8, 2005. She was born Nov. 30, 1944 in Chicago, Ill. Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley chapel with Minister Greg Marksberry officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include her husband, Bob Sparks, Tyrone; children, William James and Tina Wandersea Jr., Newport News, Va., Wendy Marie and David Scherer, Fayetteville, Wynnae Jeraldine and Dave Cooper, Montrose, Colo. and Amy and Greg Reeves, Helen, Mont.; parents, James and Ruby Barnum, Portland, Ore; and 16 grandchildren. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
