Offshoot Productions, a Fayette County-based professional theatre company in its thirteenth season, is presenting an acting workshop open to the public this fall.

“Auditioning with Confidence,” geared to adults and teens ages 14 and older, meets on Sunday, October 22, from 2 to 5 p.m. Auditioning for a play, whether in a professional theatre, community theatre, school or church, can be intimidating, especially for those without much experience. Offshoot Productions is pleased to offer this popular workshop, during which professional theatre practitioners lead exercises, conduct mock auditions, show samples of materials every actor needs, and answer questions.

The fee for the workshop is $40. No previous experience is required.
