Scott Quinn of Sharpsburg recently was installed as a licensed liturgical minister (LLM) at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church by Father David Epps, pastor, and Father Jereme De Leo, coordinator of licensed liturgical ministers at the church. LLMs are authorized to take Holy Communion to hospitals, to the home bound, and to assist with the sacrament during worship services. Quinn, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a former Navy officer, is a student at St. Michael’s Seminary where he is pursuing a master of ministry degree.
